Fees

  • Intake – $275 (60 min)
  • Individual – $165 (45 min)
    $220 (60 min)
    For AEDP/ISTDP sessions a minimum of 60 minutes is recommended. Fee adjustments are made for extended sessions.
  • Couples –
    $240 (60 min)
  • Family – $240 (per 60 min)
  • Parent Training – $240 (60 min)

Clients may opt for longer sessions.  Fees will be pro-rated accordingly.

 

Payment Information

***Cash and Credit card only. No personal checks.***
Payment is expected at the time of service. Cash and Credit card only (Visa, Master- card or Discover) are accepted. Resilience and Change Counseling, PLLC will provide you with a monthly statement of services provided for submission to your insurance company or for personal record keeping.

 

Insurance

Resilience and Change Counseling, PLLC does not participate as a contracted provider on any insurance panels with the exception of the Duke Student Insurance Plan. Services rendered are reimbursable through “out of network” benefits.  Contact your insurance company directly about their “out-of-network” mental health coverage, yearly deductible, percentage of reimbursement (generally 40-80%), and whether a prior authorization is required.

 

Cancellations or Missed Sessions

Cancellations

Clients are provided with a weekly or biweekly session time and are required to provide 48 hrs notice for a cancellation or will be charged the full session fee.  Missed sessions due to scheduling errors are also subject to the cancellation policy.  Cancellation or missed session fees will only be waived for emergent issues.  Please note that fees incurred for missed or cancelled sessions are not billable to insurance.
